About me
I have one mission…
…to help others never feel the way I once did — struggling to come to terms with who I was, instead of who I had dreamed of being.
For a long time, I believed my weaknesses, my legs, were the problem.
But they weren’t.
It was only when I stopped fighting them — and started understanding them — that everything changed. That’s when I became unapologetically, unashamedly me.
Now, I help others do the same.
I’m an author, coach, and speaker on this mission to help others see things differently — and unlock their full potential. As part of this mission, I also set up a charity to help children who need one to get a wheelchair.
I’m passionate about adaptive sports. For me, that’s mainly long-distance swimming.
Last year, I completed my first swim marathon. This year, I’m taking on an Ultraswim—33.3km over four days, the equivalent of the English Channel.
But for me, it’s never just about the distance. It’s about pushing boundaries, exploring what’s possible, and challenging the limits I once believed I had.
I’m always keen to try something new—because every time I do, I learn a little more about what I’m capable of.
